Yoga for Athletes

Samantha Gallo is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the highest level and has been teaching yoga to all ages, shapes and sizes since 2004.  Her Power Yoga style is vigorous, challenging and encouraging, with emphasis on proper biomechanical alignment.  Her personal athletic background began with soccer and running but loves and values all sports and exercises.  Samantha has a hands-on approach to her teaching to stretch, correct and massage athletes to their fullest capacity.  Her goal for teaching yoga to athletes is to allow them to continue their sport injury-free by calming and strengthening their minds and bodies.
